Join Helen Frederick and several artists in the RUMINATIONS: Our Stories IN PAPER exhibition for an enjoyable tour covering the diverse narratives of many of the 30 works exhibited. These includes paper-cast life-size gold leaf doors, a translucent endangered species installation, printed Chinese papers, exquisite custom paper drawings, large scale pulp paintings, innovative artist books, and more. Learn how artists explored hand papermaking with other media during the first decade of Reading Road Studio. Interactive conversations will reveal the possibilities and processes of hand papermaking as a collaborative medium. You will leave understanding the power of paper as a contemporary art form, comprehending the significant history and contributions of the artists and our communities of Pyramid Atlantic and Reading Road Studio.
