Join Pyramid for a panel discussion moderated by Shelley Langdale, Curator & Head of Modern Prints and Drawings, National Gallery of Art with panelists Andrew Raftery (Artist and Professor, Rhode Island School of Design), Pepe Coronado (Coronado Print Studio, East Harlem, New York and Austin, Texas), Maria Barbosa (Community-based Artist and Master Teacher, Arts and Education in Maryland), and Lonnie Graham (Photographer and Professor, Penn State College of Art and Architecture).

The panel will respond to works showcased in the exhibition, drawn from early Pyramid Atlantic publications from the 1980s to 2007. From their personal perspectives—as a curator of modern prints; as published artists in the Pyramid Atlantic archive; and as printers working collaboratively with artists or in community driven projects—panelists will engage in a lively discussion of the works, as well as the stories and processes leading to their creation.

These artists are part of Pyramid's current exhibition, Reflecting Back to the Future, for which Founder Helen C. Frederick selected pieces by 40 artists from an archive of works made of under her leadership.
